Power brings out 'Dictator' within you. Democracy is not a place for Dictators and taking law into your hands is the most heinous act in democracy. Past two days Karnataka has witnessed three unlawful acts from politicians of state. Two has come from Uttara Kannada (North Kanara) and Dakishna Kannada (South Kanara) M.Ps Mr. Ananth Kumar Hegde and Mr. Naleen Kumar Kateel respectively and and one from Planning commission chairman of state Mr. C.M Ibrahim's family controversy. Before dwelling into actual incidences let us through some light on Dakshina Kannada and Uttara Kannada districts cultural backgrounds.

SOUTH CANARA Political polarisation
South Kanara, the district hosting Mangalore, Harbour city of Karnataka, has a peculiar culture of hatredness between two communities Hindu and Muslims. Though Christians are also present in large numbers and attacks on churches have occured in past. The people of this district are polarised between two cultures and fanatic behaviour among both Muslim and Hindu community youths is more intense here compared to other districts of Karnataka. Moreover it is the strong belt of R.S.S and B.J.P in past and present. Ironically this district which fights for culture of India lags behind with respect to fights and protests carried out by entire state during Kaveri, Krishna or Kalsabandoori river water disputes. People have more trust on unknown-unseen God rather than physical and geographical problems of state. This District which is polarised into two beliefs often witness clashes between two community youths and latest one being murder of B.J.P supporter's son and Naleen Kumar Kateel, M.P and B.J.P Leader addressing the gathering had passed on careless remarks of setting the entire district with fire, If the culprits aren't caught. According to him the murderers belong to terrorist groups of Kerala and Police are unnecessarily buying time to arrest the culprit. The problem is everyone condemns death of innocent people who are caught in this hatred spreading 'YAGNA' of politicians. But my concern here is: 'irresponsible tongue wagging of politicians and people represntatives' leading to still more casualties among common man.
In my opinion This is a fight between DYFI and RSS called LEFT and RIGHT, where common man is facing turmoil. Now an F.I.R is registered against M.P for inflammatory speech.
NORTH CANARA Political polarisation
Bhatkal is a taluk in North Canara, and all of us today know this taluk for wrong reason as it has become breeding ground for Terrorists like Yasin Bhatkal. But this district is also victim of illegal money flowing from Arab countries and a strong polarisation between Hindu and Islam followers.
Ananth Kumar hegde, a notorious criminal record background person is representing this constituency as M.P from B.J.P and he has thrashed a duty doctor for being late in treating his mother, such is the dictatorial or autocratic psyche with which this Member of parliament operates with. Doctor has not even lodged a complaint on this VIP and this VIP has not even expressed apology for his misconduct in public.

Series of Murders of Janata Dal Supporters in old Mysore districts
In addition murder of three Janata Dal (S) supporters in Mandya and other southern districts of Karnataka, is clear cut indication that political affiliations are causing unrest and resulting in murders which is a wrong signal to fabric of democracy.
